Delivery, Payments & Exchanges

Here is what to expect when ordering from 1TO1.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Botswana, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders usually take 7–10 working days to arrive. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We share order updates when available.

Delivery charges

Greater Gaborone: P50 (BWP)
Rest of Botswana: P90 (BWP)
South Africa: R80 (ZAR)
United Kingdom: P100 (BWP)
United Arab Emirates (UAE): AED 25, subject to checkout availability

For Botswana deliveries, select the option matching your area at checkout: Greater Gaborone or Rest of Botswana. The delivery charge is shown before you place your order.

Payments

Available payment options are displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed through Shopify's payment system. If you choose a manual payment method, follow the instructions at checkout. A manual-payment order is not paid until we receive and verify payment.

Size exchanges and returns

Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition and have its original tags attached. Exchanges depend on size availability.

We generally treat sales as final, except where applicable consumer law provides cancellation or refund rights. Your legal rights for faulty or incorrectly described products are not affected.
